Sally Jean-Baptiste is an experienced professional currently serving as the CS Legal and Hearing Operations Manager at Citizens Disability since April 2015. In this role, Sally has successfully developed and enhanced training programs for supervisors and new hires, managed escalated client calls, collaborated with clients and Social Security to resolve disability case issues, and provided coaching and supervision to team members.
