Talia (Galasso) Maciel, PHR has a diverse work experience, with a focus on human resources. Talia started their career as a Quality Administrator Intern at Palmer Manufacturing Company in 2005, followed by a Materials Specialist Intern position at Pratt & Whitney in 2006. In 2007 and 2008, they worked as an Inventory Analyst Intern at Paradigm Precision. Talia then joined Brookhaven at Lexington in 2009, starting as a Receptionist before moving on to the roles of Human Resources Coordinator & Resident Services Coordinator and eventually Human Resources Generalist. In 2013, Talia joined Citizens Disability as a Human Resources Generalist and worked their way up to becoming the Human Resources Manager and eventually Vice President of Human Resources in 2016. Overall, Talia has gained valuable experience in various HR roles throughout their career.

Talia (Galasso) Maciel, PHR attended the University of Massachusetts at Amherst - Isenberg School of Management from 2004 to 2006, studying Management and Psychology. Talia then transferred to Bentley University, where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Management with a Cum Laude distinction and a GPA of 3.53. Talia Maciel also achieved the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in May 2013.
