Rhonda Harper has extensive experience in customer service and community engagement, currently serving as the Stakeholder and Community Engagement Manager at Citizens Energy Group since November 2012. Prior to this role, Rhonda held various positions within the same organization from 1998 to 2012, including Director of Customer Services, Contact Center Manager, Contact Center Supervisor, Customer Relations Trainer, and Customer Relations Team Leader. Rhonda is an alumnus of Oakland City University.
