Tracye George

Tracye George has over 30 years of experience in systems support and analysis, primarily with Citizens Energy Group since June 1996, currently serving as Senior Systems Support Specialist Tier III. Tracye's role involves collaborating with customers, vendors, and IT colleagues to optimize application configurations for business value. Previously, Tracye held positions such as System Support Specialist II, IT Business Analyst, and Support Center Supervisor, specializing in troubleshooting, business analysis, and support processes. Prior experience includes a Systems Analyst role at the State of Indiana. Tracye holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Industrial Electronics Technology from Indiana State University.
