Todd ODonnell

Todd ODonnell has a work experience of over 20 years in the banking industry with several roles in compliance, credit analysis, and risk management. Todd started as a Credit Analyst at Midland Loan Services in 1998 and became a Compliance Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City in 2000. In 2003, they moved to Citizens Savings and Loan where they held the position of VP Compliance Officer and Vice President. Todd also took up the role of VP Compliance Officer at Citizens Federal Savings Bank in the same year.

Todd ODonnell has a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and Human Services, which they obtained from Kansas State University in 1997. Todd pursued further education by completing a Certificate program in Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, from 2006 to 2009. In 2018, Todd received a certification as a Certified Community Bank Compliance Officer (CCBCO) from ICBA Compliance School. This certification was awarded by the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA) in June 2018.
