Avinash Tripathi

Avinash Tripathi is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in IT Operations Management and Service Management. Currently serving as Vice President at Citizens since July 2020, Avinash has architected ITOM solutions and led Configuration Management processes. Previously, as a Senior Architect at Deloitte Consulting from November 2020 to June 2022, Avinash focused on deploying ServiceNow solutions for major financial and biotech clients, managing a team of 20. Avinash also held key roles at The TJX Companies, Inc., where significant cost reductions were achieved, and Accenture, where implementation of ITSM solutions was a primary focus. Early career experiences include positions at Wipro Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, and Wipro Infotech Ltd., contributing to expertise in service assurance and consulting. Avinash holds a PGDIT in Information Technology from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Karnatak University.
