Christian Genest

Christian Genest is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in web development and application design. Currently serving as the Lead Web Developer at Citizens Bank since May 2012, Christian has successfully transformed the Contact Center's infrastructure to a modern WebFarm framework. Prior roles include Applications and Web Developer positions at QBE the Americas and OneBeacon Insurance, where Christian co-designed critical web applications and systems. With earlier experience at CGU Insurance and Commercial Union Insurance, Christian has a strong foundation in programming and application development, including work with COBOL, VB6, and various database technologies. Christian holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Bryant University and an Associate of Science from the New England Institute of Technology.
