Christine Roberts

Christine Roberts has extensive experience in the financial services and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and President of Citizens Pay at Citizens since August 2012, Christine is focused on reimagining the lending experience using innovative technology to enhance customer satisfaction and financial performance. Previous roles include leadership positions at Northeast Bank, ResponseLINK, Fidelity Investments, Citizens Bank, Fleet Bank, and Strategic Marketing Consultants, covering areas such as marketing, product management, and consumer lending. Christine holds an MS in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and a BS in Marketing and CIS from Bentley University.
