James Mitcheson

James Mitcheson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, architecture, and engineering within the information technology sector. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Architect at Citizens since September 2017, James leads initiatives in DevSecOps, document management platforms, and agile transformation. Prior to this role, James held key positions at CVS Health, where responsibilities included developing technology roadmaps for client and infrastructure technologies, and at State Street Corp., where James managed systems programming and capacity planning. James holds a Master of Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
