Kaitlin Sprong

Kaitlin Sprong serves as the Vice President and Director of ESG Strategy at Citizens, where responsibilities include shaping the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) ambition and executing key initiatives. Previously, as Vice President and Director of Community Engagement at Citizens, Kaitlin designed and implemented community engagement campaigns. Kaitlin has been a Board Member of the Junior League of Boston since August 2013 and was a key figure at City Year as the National Senior Director of Corporate Programs, managing significant corporate partnerships that secured over $19 million in annual revenue. Additional experience includes roles such as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Boston, Associate Director of Corporate Relations for Jumpstart, and various positions within Rebuilding Together, focusing on corporate relationships and resource development. Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public and Community Service from Providence College.
