Cheryl Tilly

Cheryl Tilly is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the VP of SBL Operations at The Bancorp since May 2023. With a robust background in real estate construction loan administration, Cheryl previously held the position of AVP at First Citizens Bank and Truist, where responsibilities included managing portfolios of commercial and construction loans, analyzing contracts, and overseeing fund disbursement and risk mitigation. Cheryl’s early career included roles as a Loan Documentation Specialist at Vantage South Bank and a Commercial Relationship Assistant at First Bank, focusing on loan processing and client support. Cheryl earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
