Maggie Wall

Maggie Wall serves as the Head of Diverse Growth Segments at Citizens, a position held since October 2011, where responsibilities include setting the diversity and inclusion strategy for the Wealth Management business and ensuring equal access to wealth services for diverse communities. Previously, as the Head of Premier, Maggie led affluent segment growth across over 1,200 branches and focused on business model innovation. Earlier in the career at Citizens, Maggie was the NY Retail Director, managing 270 branches and overseeing a $6 billion deposit base while supervising 1,025 employees. Prior experience at Citibank includes serving as the Head of Citigold Relationship Banking, where Maggie transformed front-line banking into a relationship-oriented approach, resulting in significant growth in investment and lending balances. Additionally, as the Director of De Novo Branch Management, Maggie drove operating efficiencies and revenue increases through restructuring efforts within 20% of Citi’s footprint.
