Maryanne Pelland

MaryAnne Pelland is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Board Member for Skills for Rhode Island's Future and holding the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Vice-President at Citizens since 2004, MaryAnne has led a dynamic team responsible for over 6,000 annual hires in the consumer banking sector. Prior roles include significant leadership positions focused on human resources and recruiting at MetLife, MTRA, and H.L. Yoh Company. MaryAnne is also a founding member of TLIX, a global peer networking group for talent acquisition professionals. With a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College, MaryAnne has consistently driven strategic recruiting initiatives and improved organizational performance across multiple divisions.
