Susan Stutz

Susan Stutz currently serves as Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial Onboarding and Payment Operations, and previously as Senior Vice President, Head of Treasury Solutions Implementation at Citizens since July 2020. Prior to this, Susan Stutz held various positions at M&T Bank from 2004 to 2020, including Commercial Service & Implementation Manager, Commercial Risk & KYC Manager, and ACH/EDI Operations Manager. In these roles, responsibilities included managing service and implementation for Treasury Management products, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML regulations, overseeing KYC remediation processes, and processing high volumes of ACH transactions. Susan Stutz has a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business, Management and Economics from SUNY Empire State College and attended Buffalo State University.
