Shaila Bornstein

Shaila Bornstein is an experienced operations and field organizing professional with a background in political campaigns and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as an Operations Associate at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) since September 2021, Shaila previously held the role of Regional Operations Coordinator for Biden for President during the 2020 election. Additional experience includes positions such as Finance Assistant at Theia Solutions Inc and Field Organizer for Warren for President and the Massachusetts Democratic Party. Shaila also engaged in internships, including an Operations Intern role at Emerge. Shaila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has gained further insights through The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
