James Dozier is a seasoned political professional with extensive experience in grassroots organizing and advocacy, primarily within the Republican Party. As Principal at Civitas Public Affairs Group since January 2012, James focuses on enhancing conservative support for renewable energy and climate change solutions. In June 2022, James founded and became President of Centerline Action | Centerline Liberties, which aims to promote centrist policy solutions and protect constitutional freedoms. Additionally, as Founding President and Board Chair of Citizens for Responsible Energy Solutions since July 2013, James advocates for effective approaches to the nation’s energy challenges. Previous roles include Deputy Political Director at LGBTQ Victory Fund and Program Officer at Gill Action Fund, among others. James holds a BA in International Relations and Political Science from American University.
