David Shapiro

David Shapiro is currently the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at JMP Group LLC. David has extensive experience in real estate joint ventures and funds, serving as a GP co-investor and LP investor. With previous roles at Harvest Capital Strategies and Seneca Capital, David has a strong background in real estate equity investments, risk management, and hedge fund management. Shapiro holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Arizona.
