Mitch Germain

Mitch Germain is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate research and equity analysis. Currently serving as Managing Director of Real Estate Research at JMP Securities LLC since January 2022, Mitch previously held the position of Chief Capital Officer at Modiv from September 2020 to December 2021. Mitch's career includes roles as Managing Director at JMP Securities for over a decade, VP of Equity Research REITs at Bank of America, and positions at RBC Capital Markets and UBS focused on office and industrial REITs. Mitch also has experience in M&A and valuation advisory as Principal at SunDance Advisers and began as an Analyst at ING Clarion. Mitch earned a BS in Accounting from Boston University, contributing a strong academic foundation to an accomplished career in finance.
