Kelly Norris is a Special Education Director/Inclusion Specialist at Citizens of the World Los Angeles. Previously, Kelly worked as a Special Education Teacher at Los Angeles Unified School District and as a General Education Teacher at Chicago Public Schools. Kelly holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, an Autism Specialist Credential from UCLA Extension, and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from DePaul University.

The mission of Citizens of the World Los Angeles (CWC LA) is to provide a socio-economically, culturally, and racially diverse community of students in Los Angeles with an intellectually challenging, experiential learning environment that develops each student's confidence, potential, and individual responsibility as citizens of the world.
