Matthew Green

Matthew Green is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile practices and product development across various industries. Currently serving as a Team Coach at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation since October 2023, Matthew implemented the "User Story Garage" initiative to enhance user story quality and foster agile adoption within IT. Previously, as Vice President of Product Development & Agile Practices at Torch.AI, Matthew led a cross-functional team in developing AI/ML products, managing the entire product lifecycle. Matthew has held roles at American Family Insurance and Walmart as an Agile Coach, successfully coaching multiple Scrum teams and achieving significant customer satisfaction. Early career experiences include positions at Express Scripts, Pinsight Media, Accelerated Vision, CrossInnovation AV, and Commerce Bank, where Matthew contributed to product delivery, data analysis, and business processes. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Northwest Missouri State University.
