Tracy Valente

Tracy Valente currently serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Tracy was a Partner at Bachara Construction Law Group from January 2018 to February 2020 and owned Heekin Litigation Group from January 2004 to January 2018. Earlier experience also includes working as an Associate at Bartlett Heekin Smith & Greene, P.A. from 1998 to 2003. Tracy Valente earned a Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law between 1995 and 1997 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Florida State University, completed in 1994.
