Business Analyst Team Lead at Citizens Property Insurance

Trina DeLoach has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Trina began their career in 1998 as a Sr Programmer Analyst at Vistakon, a division of Johnson & Johnson, where they worked until 2005. Following that, they joined Life of the South as a Sr Programmer Analyst until 2011. In 2005, they also started working as a Worship Leader at Central Church of the Nazrene, where they served on the Praise and Worship team, led the choir, and taught college and Career Sunday school. Since 2011, they have been working at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, initially as a Sr Business Analyst and currently as the Business Analyst Team Lead. In this role, they support the Product Development and Rating Department, working with both Commercial and Personal Property Lines of Business to deliver innovative and long-term solutions for customers, adding value and increasing efficiencies.

Trina DeLoach obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Queen's University in Charlotte, NC, from 1983 to 1987. Trina then pursued a non-degree program at the North Florida Nazarene School of Ministry, specializing in becoming a Nazarene Elder - Pastor, from 2004 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Trina DeLoach has also obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became an ICAgile Certified Professional Business Agility Foundations ICP-BAF from ICAgile. In 2017, they acquired the SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist, SAFe® 4 Practitioner, and SAFe® 4 Certified Advanced Scrum Master certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. Prior to these, in 2016, they obtained the SAFe 4.0 Product Manager/Product Owner certification, also from Scaled Agile, Inc.
