Chris McGinnis

Chris McGinnis has had a long and successful career in the healthcare industry. Chris has been the Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Rx since 2021. Prior to this, they held the roles of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at Lumeris from 2017 to 2021. From 2008 to 2017, they were employed at Express Scripts, where they held the roles of Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, Vice President of Legal and Business Development, Assistant General Counsel, and Senior Legal Counsel.

Chris McGinnis received their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University in 1994. Chris then went on to earn their Doctor of Law from Saint Louis University.
