Dawn Foye, MBA, PHR, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of Talent and Culture at America's Promise Alliance since April 2023, Foye focuses on empowering young leaders through collaborative action. In addition, Foye has been a Talent Business Partner at Citizen Schools since November 2017, contributing to the organization's mission to equip young individuals for success in the modern economy. Foye's previous role as Director of Talent, People, and Culture at Sun Life Financial from 2005 to 2012 highlights a solid foundation in managing talent strategies.
