Monique Kelder

Monique Kelder has extensive experience in human resource management and operational leadership, currently serving as Manager HRM en Facilitair at Cito since December 2012. Prior to this role, Monique worked at Menzis zorgverzekeraar from March 2003 to September 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing the P&O department as Manager P&O and providing P&O advisory services. Monique's career also includes managerial positions at GeoveRZG, NTN thuiszorg, and as a physiotherapist in various healthcare settings. Monique holds a degree from TSM Business School and has foundational education from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Rijks Scholen Gemeenschap Meppel.
