Joseph Kim is the EVP and Chief Product and Technology Officer at Citrix. Joseph has also worked at Vation Ventures, Andela, SmartBear, and SolarWinds.

Kim first joined SolarWinds when the company was going private, and played a key role in helping to double the size of the business and take it public in 2018. Joseph then helped plan the split of SolarWinds into two public companies, SWI and NABL.

At Citrix, Kim is responsible for leading the product and engineering teams and setting the overall technology strategy for the company. Joseph partners across the executive staff to provide strategy, architecture, and engineering for all products across Citrix's business units. Kim also oversees the internal business application and information technology groups, making sure that G&A functions such as HR, marketing, finance, sales, product, support, renewals, etc. are all aligned from a systems perspective.

Joseph Kim holds a BS in Computer Science from Marquette University and a BS in Criminology & Law Studies from Marquette University.

Joseph Kim reports to Bob Calderoni, Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. They work with Mike Arenth - EVP, SaaS Strategy, Jason Smith - EVP, CFO, and Hector Lima - EVP, Chief Customer Officer.
