Tricia Fleming

Tricia Fleming has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Most recently, they have been working as a Director of Project Management at The Curry Rockefeller Group, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Envision Pharma Group from 2014 to 2023, where they managed multiple clients and internal teams and was responsible for developing strategy, project plans, and timelines.

Before joining Envision Pharma Group, Tricia was a Senior Project Manager at Synchrony Group from 2013 to 2014. In this role, they provided management support for various scientific publications and medical communications projects. Tricia also developed proposal costs, timeline estimates, and project schedules.

Tricia's previous experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Complete Healthcare Communications, Inc from 2004 to 2013, where they were responsible for managing multiple clients and budgets. Tricia also worked as an Administrative Assistant at the American Cancer Society from 1998 to 2003, assisting in fund-raising activities and maintaining financial records.

Earlier in their career, Tricia worked as a Children's Librarian at the Gladwyne Library from 1996 to 1998, as a Sales Supervisor at Encore Books from 1994 to 1996, and as an Assistant Teacher at Benchmark School in 1994. Tricia also had a role as a Voucher Examiner at the Defense Personnel Support Center from 1991 to 1994, where they processed invoices and maintained records.

Tricia's first job was as a Library Assistant at Penn Wynne Library from 1986 to 1990, where they used the library computer system and assisted staff and customers.

Throughout their career, Tricia has developed strong project management skills, demonstrated their ability to manage budgets and timelines, and shown proficiency in handling various administrative tasks.

Tricia Fleming attended West Chester State University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education. In addition, they earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2012.
