Kathryn Courchene

Administrative Support - Strategic Initiatives & Governmental Affairs at City and County of Broomfield

Kathryn Courchene has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kathryn started their career at the University of Missouri as a Graduate Hall Coordinator from July 1998 to June 2000. Kathryn then worked at DePaul University as a Residence Hall Director from October 2000 to June 2001. Kathryn joined the University of Colorado at Boulder in July 2001 and served as a Residence Hall Director until August 2006. Kathryn briefly worked as the Interim Assistant Director of CU Conference Services at the University of Colorado at Boulder from February 2009 to August 2009. Kathryn's most recent position was with the City and County of Broomfield, where they held multiple roles. Kathryn started as a Library Aide in September 2011 and also worked as a Recreation Clerk from May 2013 to September 2014. Kathryn then transitioned to an IT Administrative Technician role from October 2014 to October 2016. Kathryn'ssubsequent position was an Administrative Technician II, which they held from October 2016 until June 2022. Currently, Kathryn is working as an Administrative Support in Strategic Initiatives & Governmental Affairs at the City and County of Broomfield.

Kathryn Courchene earned a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration and Spanish from Regis University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with a specialization in Student Affairs Administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1998 to 2000.
