Kelly Behling

Kelly Behling has worked as a Capital Improvements Project Manager for the City and County of Broomfield since 2017. In this role, they manage the entire lifecycle of capital improvement projects, including overseeing design, construction, and budgets. Kelly collaborates with various teams and serves as a liaison to the public to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Engineer at Wright Water Engineers, Inc. from 2015 to 2017, providing construction stormwater training and environmental engineering services.

Kelly Behling attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. Kelly later pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering at the same university. Kelly continued their education at the University of Denver, where they earned a Master of Education degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.
