Jeffrey Holliday

Jeffrey Holliday, MBA LCSW, currently serves as Chief of Staff for the City and County of Denver since June 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy Director in the Department of Safety for the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Public Health Manager in the Office of Behavioral Health Strategies and Director at Provider Relations and Services for the Veteran’s Health Administration. Jeffrey has also worked as Deputy Executive Director for both the City and County of Broomfield and the City and County of Denver, as well as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Operations at Jefferson Hills. Earlier work experience includes various positions in the United States Army and therapist roles at Redirecting Sexual Aggression, Inc. Educational qualifications comprise an Executive MBA from the University of Colorado, an MSW from the University of Denver, and a BSW from Illinois State University.
