Patti Rowe

Patti Rowe currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at the City and County of Denver, a position held since February 2015. Prior to this role, Patti was Vice President of Organization Development and Training at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone from August 2004 to February 2015, where significant contributions included leading change management during a major acquisition and implementing training initiatives for 250 new leaders. Previous positions at WOW! also included Director of Organization Development and Senior Regional HR Manager, where Patti focused on organizational design, employee development, and performance improvement systems. Patti holds a Master's degree in HR/Business from the University of North Texas.
