David Broekelschen

David Broekelschen is an experienced Employee Relations Representative at the City and County of San Francisco since July 2017, where responsibilities include preparing employee relations data and analyzing statistics for labor negotiations. Previously, David held the position of Assistant Purchaser, managing purchasing requisitions and contracts valued at $63 million for the Public Utilities Commission. Additional experience includes business development at Oracle, serving as a Student Representative on the Political Science Alumni Advisory Board, and leadership roles in various campus organizations at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, from where David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Economics.
