Frolayne Carlos-Wallace

Frolayne Carlos-Wallace is a seasoned professional in program evaluation and community development with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Program Evaluation Manager at the City and County of San Francisco since September 2021, Frolayne previously held the position of Senior Community Development Specialist. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager and Evaluator at the Native American Health Center, and a Staff Research Associate at the Superfund Research Institute at UC Berkeley, where Frolayne conducted meta-analysis and data analysis using STATA.
