Jackie Tsou

Jackie Tsou is an accomplished professional in multifamily asset management and community development, currently serving as the Director of Multifamily Asset Management for the City and County of San Francisco since July 2018. Previously, Jackie held roles at the San Francisco Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development, including Compliance Manager for Homeownership and Below Market Rate Programs and Senior Community Development Specialist in Asset Management. Jackie's diverse experience includes managing budgets and financial analysis for charter schools at EdTec, serving as a Managing Consultant at Seifel Consulting with a focus on redevelopment and affordable housing analyses, and contributing as a US Housing and Community Development Fellow at multiple organizations, including Urban Habitat and Richmond Community Redevelopment Agency. Jackie holds a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University.
