Lana Kotova

Lana Kotova, Assoc. AIA, serves as the BIM Manager for the Bureau of Architecture at the City and County of San Francisco since August 2017, bringing extensive experience in building information modeling (BIM) and architectural design. In addition, Lana has been an Adjunct Faculty Member at Diablo Valley College since August 2013, teaching Revit fundamentals. Past positions include Studio Design Technology Leader at Woods Bagot, BIM Model Manager at Steinberg Architects, Intermediate Architect / BIM Specialist at Aetypic, and Associate at Hilliard Architects, where significant contributions to project standards and documentation were made. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Architecture from Belarusian National Technical University and a certificate in Green Building Construction from San Diego State University.
