Samuel Glaser-Nolan

Samuel Glaser-Nolan is a Technical Project Manager with the City and County of San Francisco, focusing on project management within the Office of the City Administrator since December 2024. Prior to this, Samuel served as the Lead Behavioral Advisor for the National Association of State Workforce Agencies, leading initiatives to strengthen program performance and accessibility from December 2022 to December 2024.
