Scott Forst

Scott Forst has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong focus on loan servicing and compliance. Scott has held various senior roles throughout their career, including SVP Loan Servicing and Expert Witness at City Bank Mortgage, EVP Compliance and Loan Servicing and Expert Witness at Aspire Financial Inc., and SVP Loan Servicing at Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. Scott has also worked at Bank of America, Bayview Loan Servicing, FannieMae, Bridgefield Mortgage at Citadel Investment Group, NovaStar Mortgage, and Ocwen Financial Corporation, where they gained experience in project management, default servicing, bankruptcy management, and loss mitigation. Throughout their career, Forst has demonstrated strong leadership skills, establishing and improving mortgage servicing divisions while achieving significant cost savings for their employers.
