Amanda McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant and Restaurant Support Coordinator at City Barbeque since October 2022, Amanda previously held the role of Guest Relations Specialist at Bob Evans Restaurants, LLC, specializing in customer service and communication with restaurant management. Prior to that, Amanda spent eight years at FoodFirst Global Restaurants as a Home Office Administrative Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed support for various departments including Accounting and Human Resources.
