John Burton has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Catering Operations Manager at City Barbeque since December 2015, where John oversees authentic barbeque catering for various events. Prior to this role, John worked at Champps from September 2002 to December 2015, initially as Manager, responsible for bar operations, inventory management, and achieving a consistent cost of goods sold target, and previously held positions as Corporate Trainer, Bartender, and Server, where John focused on enhancing customer experience and driving sales through strategic relationships. John is an alumnus of The Ohio State University.
