Catie Biggs

Catie Biggs is an experienced operations manager currently serving as the US Senate Catering Operations Manager at Restaurant Associates since November 2015, overseeing catering for three Senate buildings, the Senate Visitor Center, and The Capitol. Previously, Catie held the position of Manager of In Room Dining at The Greenbrier, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders while addressing any guest concerns. At Farmers Restaurant Group, Catie contributed to the success of a multi-million dollar operation as a manager, leading a staff of over 100 and helping the establishment achieve recognition as the number one booked restaurant on OpenTable. Catie began a career in the restaurant industry at The Cheesecake Factory, where responsibilities included corporate training and opening new locations. Catie's early experience included an internship at Sports Radio 810. Catie holds a degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Benedictine College, following a college-preparatory education at St. Thomas Aquinas High School.
