Jen Tiner

Jen Tiner has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and management. Jen currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at City Brewing Company, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ardagh Group as the VP of Human Resources from 2021 to 2023.

Tiner also has a long history with Honeywell, where they held various HR roles. These include VP of HR for Safety and Productivity Solutions Integrated Supply Chain from 2021 to 2021, Sr Global HR Leader for SIOT and SPS Transformation from 2020 to 2021, HR Director for Corporate HR from 2015 to 2021, Global HR Leader for Sensing & IoT Business from 2018 to 2020, HR Leader for Connected Enterprise from 2017 to 2020, Learning Director from 2013 to 2015, Sr. Human Resources Manager from 2011 to 2013, Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2010 to 2011, Sr. HRG/ Project Management from 2009 to 2010, and HR Generalist for Avionics from 2008 to 2009.

Before their time at Honeywell, Tiner worked as a Human Resources Generalist Intern at Honeywell Aerospace in 2007 and as a Sourcing Strategist at YumBrands! Global Talent Management from 2005 to 2006.

Jen Tiner completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 2002 to 2005. Jen further pursued their studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they obtained a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (MHRIR) degree in 2007. Additionally, in November 2014, they obtained a certification in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) from the CPP institution.
