Melissa Thayer is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project and process engineering within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at City Brewing Company since January 2022, Melissa has previously held significant roles, including Plant Engineering Manager at Tropicale Foods, Inc., and Sr. Project Engineer at MillerCoors.
