Kate is responsible for the management and strategic direction of Cirka’s People function. This includes processes to support the entire employee life cycle, training and development, employee well being and team engagement. She also oversees performance management, personal development, reward and recognition, communication with union bodies and compliance to employee regulations. Additionally, Kate manages their Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental responsibilities, strategies and initiatives. Kate has over 21 years HR experience in Australia and the UK.
