Emily Greene

Emily Greene has extensive experience in customer service and management within the travel and retail industries. Currently serving as the AU/NZ CX Manager at City Chic Collective Limited since September 2022, Emily's previous roles include Customer Service Lead at Camilla Australia, Reservations Manager at Wendy Wu Tours, and Global Operations Team Leader at Excite Holidays. Additional experience includes a supervisory position in Premium and VIP Services at The Star and various roles in sales and travel consultancy. Emily completed education at Picnic Point High School from 2001 to 2006.
