Jonathan Sherman

Jonathan is responsible for the oversight and operational performance of City Club’s real estate portfolio, with a specific focus in assisting with restructuring existing financing and repositioning of portfolio assets. Prior to joining CCA in May of 2016, Jonathan worked as an Asset Manager for affordable housing developer and operator Centennial Management Corp. in Miami, Florida, tasked with the procurement and implementation of subsidy and gap financing, as well as overseeing almost 1MM ft2 industrial portfolio. During his time with Centennial, he also served as a Development Associate on three ground-up tax-credit developments totaling over $50 million. Jonathan received his BA from the University of Michigan with a double major in Economics and History.
