Courtney Dugas

Courtney Dugas has extensive experience in the tennis industry, currently serving as the Louisiana Director of Junior Competition and League Coordinator for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) since May 2017. Additionally, Courtney has held positions as a certified official and tennis instructor at Oakbourne Country Club and the City Club at River Ranch, respectively, while also being a USPTA Certified Professional since December 2016. Previous roles include JTT District Coordinator for USTA Louisiana and various positions in customer service and mortgage lending at TD Ameritrade and Prestige Mortgage. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, earned in 2012.
