Frank Muir is a Senior Quantity Surveyor at City & Country since March 2023. Prior to this role, Frank worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Sykes & Son Limited and as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at City & Country. Frank has a diverse background in construction, having worked in various roles such as Estimator, Construction Labourer, and Note Taker. Frank holds a Msc Historic Building Conservation degree from the University of Portsmouth.
