Donna Terry

Donna Terry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Donna has been working at City & County Healthcare Group since 2015, where they currently serve as the Head of Operational Improvement and Change. In this role, their responsibilities include managing and designing operational changes and continuous improvements for the company's home care and extra care services. Donna has also served as the Delivery Assurance Manager and Operations Workstream Leader (secondment) at City & County Healthcare Group, where they focused on implementing a revolutionary approach to delivering services and improving operational processes.

Prior to their current position, Donna worked at Kent Social Care Professionals Ltd. from 2007 to 2015. During their time there, they held roles such as Business Support Manager, Operations Manager, Recruitment Consultant, Support Worker, and Administrator. In these positions, Donna handled tasks such as contract management, bid writing, recruitment, and liaison with local authorities.

Before joining Kent Social Care Professionals Ltd., Donna worked briefly at Nampak as a Quality Control Inspector in 2005.

Donna Terry obtained a 2.1 (Hons) degree in Social Sciences from the University of Kent from 2002 to 2005. In addition, they earned a Certificate in Recruitment Practice from REC in February 2009 and completed AAT level 2 certification from AAT in October 2014.
