Donna Terry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Donna has been working at City & County Healthcare Group since 2015, where they currently serve as the Head of Operational Improvement and Change. In this role, their responsibilities include managing and designing operational changes and continuous improvements for the company's home care and extra care services. Donna has also served as the Delivery Assurance Manager and Operations Workstream Leader (secondment) at City & County Healthcare Group, where they focused on implementing a revolutionary approach to delivering services and improving operational processes.

Prior to their current position, Donna worked at Kent Social Care Professionals Ltd. from 2007 to 2015.
