Sandra McCulloch LSP, CSD, CSM has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sandra currently holds the role of Director - Safety and Risk at Crothall Laundry Services. Prior to that, they worked at Berry Global, Inc. as the Director - Environmental, Health and Safety, where they provided EHS leadership to 14 facilities in the United States and Canada. Sandra also worked as an EHS Manager at Berry Global, Inc., where they developed a safety culture within a union-based plant. Before that, they served as an EHS Specialist at TTM Technologies, where they were responsible for health, safety, and compliance at a pressed circuit board plant. Sandra also worked as a Safety Administrator at Trinity Industries, Inc., and a Safety Administration / Human Resource Manager at Heebink Architectural Woodwork. Additionally, they have experience as a Purchasing Agent/Large Format Sales Coordinator at Tierney Brothers, Inc., an Emotional/Behavioral Disability Paraprofessional at Baldwin-Woodville School District, and a Human Resource Generalist/Development Coordinator at Cub Foods Corporate Office.

Sandra McCulloch LSP, CSD, CSM has a comprehensive education history. Sandra obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Capella University in 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a Masters in Human Behavior with a focus in Behavioral Sciences at Capella University from 2013 to 2015. Sandra also earned a Certificate in Principals of Safety (POSH) from the National Safety Council in 2014.

Before their postgraduate studies, Sandra completed a Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from Capella University between 2009 and 2013. Sandra also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Community Counseling obtained from St. Cloud State University from 2006 to 2009, as well as an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management, General earned from Axia University between 2004 and 2006.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Sandra has obtained multiple certifications. Sandra is a Certified Safety Manager (CSM) accredited by the National Association Of Safety Professionals since October 2019. Sandra also holds the title of Certified First Aid/CPR/AED acquired from Gold Cross in October 2015. Furthermore, they have earned the distinctions of Certified Safety Director (CSD) and Licensed Safety Professional (LSP) from the National Association Of Safety Professionals in March 2020. Sandra is currently pursuing a Process Safety Management Auditor certification, expected to be completed in May 2020 through ABS Group.
