Fiona Ford

Fiona Ford is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in quality management and clinical support. Currently serving as Regional Head of Quality at City & County Healthcare Group since August 2020, Fiona has also held the role of Clinical Support Manager at City and County Health Care since June 2018. With extensive experience as a Regional Manager at Constance Care and previous positions including Regional Director at ILS Scotland and Operations Director at Choices Care at Home, Fiona has developed a robust skill set in service improvement and operations management. Fiona's career in home care management began at East Renfrewshire Council, and Fiona holds a Registered Nursing degree from Glasgow Northern College of Nursing.
